Job Description: Visual Communication Designer

Looking for a Visual Communication Designer with good experience/knowledge of graphic designs and making videos for the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

As a Visual Communication Designer, you will be the mastermind behind the entire lifecycle of our digital collaterals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualizing and creating eye-catching designs for marketing and sales materials, ensuring they align with our brand identity and business objectives.
  • Understanding video scripts and crafting compelling video content for our services, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
  • Taking complete ownership of your designs, from ideation to execution, while ensuring they are backed by thorough research and logic.
  • Collaborating with the Creative Team to elevate our visual designs, push forth new ideas, and support creative concepts.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance our digital collaterals' visual appeal.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in creating marketing collaterals and video production.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, AI tools, and video-making tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc).
  • Proven success in Digital Designs for Revenue Generation.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Team player.
  • Must be able to show his/her past work and how it has impacted the organization worked for.
  • A creative flair and the ability to think critically, ensure that your designs resonate with our target audience.
  • Comfortable working in the U.S. shift timings to collaborate seamlessly with our global team.
  • Experience in creating designs and videos for the Healthcare industry would be preferable, but not important.
