India
The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring product leader who is eager to make a significant impact in the US Health Tech space.

As an APM, you will play a crucial role in bringing our B2B product vision to life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to understand user needs, define product requirements, and deliver intuitive, technically sound solutions. A strong understanding of user experience principles and a solid technical foundation are essential, as you'll be navigating complex healthcare workflows and translating them into elegant product features. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and demonstrates an exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and drive initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and managing the product backlog for specific features or modules.
  • Technical Understanding: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility, working closely with engineers to understand system capabilities and limitations, and ensuring technical solutions align with product goals.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Support market research efforts to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities within the US Health Tech credentialing and provider management sector.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Assist in tracking product performance metrics, analyzing data, and gathering insights to inform product iterations and future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Help prepare product updates and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Learning & Adaptability: Proactively seek out new knowledge, adapt to evolving priorities, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software development, or a related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • User Empathy: A strong passion for understanding user needs and a keen eye for user experience design principles.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, engage with engineers, and contribute to discussions about system architecture and implementation.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Curiosity & Drive: A self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take initiative in a dynamic startup setting.
  • Education: We prioritize your ability to deliver outstanding results and your practical understanding of Product Landscape. While a formal degree can be helpful, it is not a strict requirement if you can demonstrate your capabilities.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in the US healthcare industry or health tech.
  • Familiarity with credentialing, privileging, or provider management processes.
  • Experience with product analytics tools.
